1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the imasafari.com website (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Reservations and payments

– Reservations are confirmed only after receipt of full payment
– Rates are in euros (€) unless otherwise indicated
– Cancellations: 90% refund up to 60 days before departure, 50% up to 30 days, no refund less than 30 days before
– Changes to reservations are subject to availability and administrative fees

3. Conditions of participation

– Passport valid for at least 6 months after the return date required
– Mandatory vaccinations depending on destination (yellow fever, etc.)
– Comprehensive travel insurance required
– Minimum age restrictions for certain activities
– Physical fitness required to participate in activities

4. Responsibilities

– Imasafari is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to weather conditions, natural disasters, or political unrest
– Participants must follow the guides’ instructions for their safety
– Limited liability in case of loss or damage to luggage

All content on the Site (text, images, logos) is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission.
